Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hawai, responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for TechTezas Ecosoft’s digital and secure data management solutions. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and achieving area sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will conduct regular client meetings and presentations, understand customer requirements, and collaborate with technical and delivery teams to propose suitable solutions. Daily activities include planning territory strategies, monitoring sales performance, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and proposals. The role also requires participation in industry events and local networking to strengthen the company’s presence in the region.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with experience in IT services or technology solutions.
- Ability to understand and explain secure data management, digital transformation, and compliance-focused solutions to clients.
- Proficiency in territory planning, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and translate them into effective solution proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Prior experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar field sales role, preferably within IT services or consulting.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area and work on-site with clients and internal teams as required.
