Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect responsible for designing end-to-end business and technology solutions that address client and organizational needs. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical implementation by defining scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions across products, applications, integrations, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive solution designs.
- Define end-to-end solution architecture across applications, integrations, data flows, and business processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, business analysts, and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead solution design workshops and technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements, modernization strategies, and technology enhancements.
- Define integration approaches between internal systems, third-party applications, APIs, and external partners.
- Ensure solutions meet functional, scalability, security, performance, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
- Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Support proposal development, effort estimation, and pre-sales solutioning activities when required.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Solution Architecture, System Design, and Enterprise Application Architecture.
- Proven experience designing complex business and technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and digital products.
- Strong understanding of databases, data modeling, and information architecture.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience preparing architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and technical proposals.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technical decisions.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5โ7 years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, business solutioning, or solution architecture.
- Experience in enterprise software, travel technology, SaaS, or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks and design methodologies such as TOGAF is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
