Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect responsible for designing end-to-end business and technology solutions that address client and organizational needs. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical implementation by defining scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions across products, applications, integrations, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive solution designs.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture across applications, integrations, data flows, and business processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, business analysts, and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead solution design workshops and technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements, modernization strategies, and technology enhancements.
• Define integration approaches between internal systems, third-party applications, APIs, and external partners.
• Ensure solutions meet functional, scalability, security, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Support proposal development, effort estimation, and pre-sales solutioning activities when required.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Solution Architecture, System Design, and Enterprise Application Architecture.
• Proven experience designing complex business and technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience working with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and digital products.
• Strong understanding of databases, data modeling, and information architecture.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience preparing architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and technical proposals.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technical decisions.

Preferred Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, business solutioning, or solution architecture.
• Experience in enterprise software, travel technology, SaaS, or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks and design methodologies such as TOGAF is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
