- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, deadline-driven production environment.
Good to Have
- Experience in an advertising agency, production house, post-production studio or global production environment.
- Experience working with global brands and adaptation/versioning workflows.
- Knowledge of Adobe Media Encoder, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Exposure to social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Experience with multilingual/localisation projects.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing and creative production tools.

- Accurate and efficient execution of video adaptations.
- Consistent quality across high volumes of assets and multiple versions.
- Ability to meet tight SLAs without compromising quality.
- Strong attention to detail across visual, audio and technical requirements.
- Effective collaboration with Producers, Creative, Design, Motion and QC teams.
- Ability to quickly understand briefs and independently execute adaptation requirements.
