Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive sales of our IT training and certification programs, with a primary focus on Red Hat certification and training programs.

The ideal candidate should be confident in customer communication, lead follow-up, consultative selling, and converting enquiries into paid enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and enquiries for Red Hat training and certification programs.
• Contact prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand the candidate's career goals, experience, and training requirements.
• Explain course structure, certification benefits, duration, fees, and available learning options.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain lead engagement.
• Convert qualified leads into successful course enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate daily updates of leads, follow-ups, conversions, sales, and revenue in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a professional customer experience.
• Re-engage old and inactive leads to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the training and operations teams for successful learner onboarding.
• Provide daily sales and revenue reports to the management.
• Stay updated on Red Hat courses, certifications, and other IT training offerings.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of IT training, certifications, or EdTech products.
• Comfortable using CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in sales, EdTech, IT training, B2C sales, or inside sales preferred.
• Candidates with experience selling IT courses or professional certifications will be preferred.
