Role Overview
We’re looking for a Multimedia Generalist who blends creativity, design, and motion. You’ll create compelling static and video content for digital campaigns combining visual design skills with storytelling and motion graphics. A plus if you’re experimenting with AI creative tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging digital creatives (static, GIFs, and videos) for social media, ads, and brand campaigns.
- Conceptualize and animate brand stories, explainer videos, and short-form content.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across projects.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, animation techniques, and emerging AI tools.
- Manage timelines and deliverables efficiently.
Required Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Figma, Canva (for design adaptation and layout work)
- Strong understanding of color, typography, and motion principles
- Video editing and animation skills
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ownership of work
Good to Have
- Experience with AI-driven design tools like Midjourney, RunwayML, Leonardo.Ai, or Pika Labs
- Familiarity with text-to-image and image-to-video generation models
- Knowledge of automation tools or creative workflows using AI
Desired Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in both graphic and motion design
- Strong portfolio (mandatory) showcasing static and motion work
- Experience with FMCG, D2C, or B2B/SaaS brands preferred
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative
