We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of building scalable products and solve complex technical problems end-to-end.
Your Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of building scalable products and drive technical initiatives from idea to production.
- Build and ship scalable applications using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
- Design system architecture, technical solutions, and efficient database structures.
- Build and manage queues, workers, and long-running background jobs.
- Use AI agents and AI coding tools hands-on to improve development and solve engineering problems.
- Take ownership of technical initiatives and deliver features from idea to production.
- Collaborate with the team to improve performance, reliability, and engineering practices.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of strong hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and databases.
- Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and database design.
- Experience with queues, background jobs, and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents / agentic software engineering is a key requirement.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A strong ownership and product mindset with the ability to independently drive work and get things shipped.
