Role Overview

Aaryam Resorts is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Property Business Growth Manager to drive business expansion through strategic land acquisition and property development opportunities in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and source suitable land and property opportunities for resorts, hotels, and hospitality projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, property brokers, consultants, and local stakeholders.

Lead the end-to-end land acquisition process, including property evaluation, negotiation, documentation, and due diligence.

Evaluate locations based on commercial potential, connectivity, tourism demand, and future growth.

Develop and maintain a strong property acquisition pipeline.

Negotiate commercially viable land/property deals that support the company's expansion strategy.

Coordinate with internal and external teams for legal, technical, financial, and feasibility assessments.

Research new markets and identify opportunities for hospitality business growth.

Travel extensively to identify and evaluate potential properties.

Primary Skill

Ideal Candidate
