Job Description:
As a Java Full Stack Trainer with Content Development Experience, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on Java Full Stack development while also contributing to the creation and enhancement of training materials. Your passion for technology, strong instructional skills, and content development expertise will be instrumental in helping our learners excel in the world of Full Stack development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on Java Full Stack development, catering to learners at various skill levels.
- Content Development: Create and update training materials, including course outlines, presentations, code examples, assignments, and multimedia content.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Java, front-end, and back-end technologies to provide hands-on guidance to trainees.
- Problem-Solving: Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues, fostering a deep understanding of Full Stack concepts.
- Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Previous experience as a trainer or instructor, with a strong ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
- Content development experience, including creating training materials and multimedia content.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks.

THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Delivery Manager - Tech to join our Tech team at iamneo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall relationship with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, increasing adoption, and retention. As a Customer Success Delivery Manager, you will work directly with customers to provide the necessary support to achieve their goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage client portfolios, analyze customer data and improve customer experience.
- Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for account growth, handholding clients from sales closure to onboarding, training, governance, reporting, and providing continued support.
- Identify and develop up-sell opportunities.
- Advocate for customer needs and issues discussion & cross-departmental resolutions.
- Understand proposal objectives, determine the scope of work, source information, collate and analyze information logically, and produce high-quality outputs in a timely manner.
- Maintain a detailed repository and tracker to ensure all recent documents are added regularly.
- Proactively liaise with stakeholders to receive timely feedback to enhance proposal/presentation development processes.
- Manage a team of Customer Success Engineers/Technical Support Engineers.
- Handle client escalations as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU...
- 7+ years of experience leading teams in customer-facing roles
- Strong project management abilities, and excellent technical writing, research, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of tech stacks - Java, Javascript, Fullstack, Testing (Automation & Manual), python, C, C++, Angular.js, React.js, DBMS, etc., required
- Successful track record of managing at least Rs.20 crore in ARR
