Build strong, long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
Maintain an active pipeline of diverse influencers aligned with brand values.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns—from briefing to publishing.
Develop clear briefs that communicate goals, brand tone, and creative direction.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality influencer content across platforms.
Content Governance & Performance Tracking
Review influencer content for brand alignment, messaging, and visual compliance.
Track, measure, and report campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, CPV, CTR, and conversions.
Generate insights and recommendations to consistently improve campaign performance and ROI.
Budget Management & Operations
Own influencer budgets, negotiation, and cost optimization.
Coordinate contracts, invoices, and payouts with internal teams and agencies.
Maintain accurate campaign and cost documentation.
Innovation, Trends & Creative Strategy
Stay ahead of social media trends, creator formats, and emerging platforms.
Recommend new partnership ideas—collabs, challenges, tutorials, product reviews, and more.
Bring fresh, creative ideas to elevate brand storytelling through influencers.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing (D2C, FMCG, or wellness is a big advantage).
Strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem and platform-specific nuances.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Solid analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and ROI.
Passion for health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness (major plus!).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment and manage multiple projects.
