We started building Cogniswitch in 2022. When the world was debating between the future of work being remote vs hybrid vs in-office, we applied the AI lens to the future of work. We see the future of work to be hybrid– Knowledge workers working with knowledge Agents – non-human beings powered by AI and Enterprise Knowledge. Knowledge Agents who are trained on your rituals, practices, methods, way of working and learning. Helping enterprises create knowledge agents – that's the mission that we have set for ourselves. We are an early-stage startup working on state-of-the-art AI technology. We are now ready to expand our team so come join us if our mission excites you!
