Chandler Macleod Group

Established as Australia's first firm of organisational psychologists, Chandler Macleod has become the market leading provider of fully-integrated human resource services, products, and technology. We grew organically through providing superior recruitment and staffing solutions that added value through greater psychological rigour and assessment. From providing bespoke and ad hoc solutions to individual requirements, to providing managed workforces including thousands of people, we know what it takes to recruit, select and retain the best people. The heart of what we do is the people we work with, our colleagues, our candidates, and our clients. We strive to live by this simple truth; creating opportunities for people to live full and satisfying lives. All our services provide people with opportunities for not only work, but for growth, support, development, and making a better life.
