The Indian academic system creates semi-finished output which is not immediately usable by the industry. This output just needs to be "polished" with skills on using tools, techniques and practices. Then industry would find them very productive. Amplify polishes the Academics output (essentially the graduates recruited from campus) by empowering them with skills and practices, drawn from industry. With a special 4-tier induction training program for IT industry, Amplify can groom campus recruits into productive utilizable resources.Amplify also runs courses at Bharati Vidyapeeth University, wherein the industry-oriented knowledge is imparted to students, who effectively will need little polishing in the "induction training" when they join industry.
