As a Publisher Development Representative, you will be focused on prospecting in your assigned region, gathering publisher's requirements, understanding their pain points, and creating a healthy qualified pipeline for the Publisher Development Managers to follow up on and close.


Your Day-to-Day Tasks Include:

1. Initiating first level contact with Inbound and Outreach leads.

2. Creating and executing an outreach strategy in collaboration with the PDR Managers and PDR team leads.

3. Creating qualified opportunities out of Marketing Generated Leads

As an Account Management Team Lead, you will report directly to the Associate Director and will focus on managing a team of Account Managers, helping them achieve their goals for upscaling the assigned accounts, retention of existing accounts, daily AM health checks, and maintaining a healthy relationship with our publisher POCs. You will also manage a limited number of Strategic Accounts with full ownership of the revenue generation activities.
