Job Responsibilities:
Test Analyst:
- Good Communicator, 4 to 7 years, BFSI domain exp.(Investment banking/Capital Market/Wealth Management) is a must.
Skills & tools needed:
- Agile exp. and knowledge, end to end testing, UAT, regression, automation test frameworks.
Testing tools: JIRA, ALM
- Hands-on experience on test planning/test strategy, defect validation, sending status reports

- You will be owning features through inception, design feedback, implementation, and launch. This will include building test plans for new features and improvising on existing test plans for feature updates and customer feedback.
- You will collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Backend Engineers, Data Engineers, and Customer Support

What is the role?
This role is for a passionate and meticulous Test Engineer, with a strong focus on ensuring a better customer experience through the hands-on implementation of QA best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing test strategies, covering functional and non-functional requirements, planning, execution, reporting, and automating
- 100% automation accountability
- Multitask on release deliverables, customer issues, stakeholder management
- Ensuring traceability matrix processes between requirements, test design, and test cases artifacts to achieve 100% customer requirements coverage
- Plan and achieve code coverage targets via test design and test automation
- Prompt and meticulous in reporting the status of ongoing tasks/deliverables

What are we looking for?
Mandatory skills:
- Deep understanding of SaaS/Web-based applications/ Micro Services architecture

Education Background
A Bachelor degree, or equivalent, preferably in Software Engineering and Computer Science
ISTQB Certification preferred.
- Helps Test Lead to prepare the Test Plan and coordinate with Test Engineers during Testing Phase
- Performs Bug Analysis, understands the client requirement and help Test engineer to prepare the test cases
- Ability to multi-task/handle several projects effectively and deliver within timeline
