My feeling is that startups largely hire males than females. They find gender diversity a good idea but only at a later stage when they cross 50 to 100 employees.Is this true? If yes, are there real, selfish benefits of gender diversity startups are missing out on?

Hi Folks,The main obstacle I'm facing is I can't recommend Firebase like service with cutting edge REST API/ MBaaS forBottom of the pyramid Business or any product I want to build for semi-urban untouched software market areas.Any Cloud hosting anything I googled have minimum 25$ per month for basic plan! 25$ per month itself costly for building BOP solutions!! Great to know that Artoo.in like startups build the apps with cloud technologies with a very good business model ! (Currect me any thing I'm wrong! wannaprenuer's thoughts ;)  )

Many people are now advising new startup founders to incorporate in the US. It's pretty affordable (Stripe Atlas does the entire setup at $500) and fast.  Would love to know the experience of people who have done this. Are these pros and cons really true? Pros:Better chances of raising money from US investorsAcccess to more products that don't operate in India (such as Stripe)More credibility (We're HQ'ed in US!)Anything else?Cons:Higher cost of corporate and financial complianceLegal costs and risk of getting sued easliyIndian taxation and labor law complianceAnything else?

We use RazoryPay but it has some issues (no support for recurring billing, no support for corporate debit cards, etc.). Their support can be a tad slow at times too. We want ONE solution that works both domestically and internationally. Stripe looks great but seems it is yet not available to companies incorporated in India.

Where to find foreign investors who are open to funding India based startups? I belive sites like Angel.co can't help due to legal issues. How far does incorporating the company in the USA help?
