Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead with 12+ years of software development experience to lead the design, development, integration, deployment, and support of enterprise digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical expertise and be capable of actively contributing to development by designing and implementing complex features, integrations, and critical business functionalities while leading the cross-function team.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

·      Lead end-to-end application delivery from requirements gathering through production deployment.

·      Define solution architecture, technical standards, and development best practices.

·      Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.

·      Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance.

·      Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and project managers.

Hands-on Development

·      Actively participate in application development and contribute code for complex and critical features.

·      Design and implement scalable solutions for high-priority business requirements.

·      Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical and production issues.

·      Review and optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

·      Support development teams in resolving technical blockers and challenges.

·      Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Hands-on Technical delivery Lead who is expected to contribute 30-40% of the time in coding based on the availability, solution implementation, code reviews, and complex technical problem-solving.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional Web Development
• Proven software development experience in Core PHP, Codeigniter, WordPress; Laravel is a plus.
• Must have 2+ yrs experience in VueJs.
• Experience in ReactJs, NodeJs is a plus.
• Excellent Software Design and Architecting capabilities
• Complete familiarity with client-side scripting and Angular JS, Ember JS , JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
• Complete familiarity and expertise in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Expertise in third party API integration - payment gateways, Storage, Streaming services, etc.
• Complete familiarity and experience working with JSON / XML and REST API structure
• Familiar with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment technologies such as Bitbucket, Jenkins and Git
• AWS/Google Cloud Deployment is a must; Devops capability is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
• Sound Database experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL experience
• A sound knowledge of Object-Oriented (OOPS) Programming & Design Pattern.

·        Qualification: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

·        Proven 4+ years of experience in full stack development, including proficiency with React, Tailwind CSS, Python, and Flask.

·        Strong understanding of Graph QL concepts and hands-on experience with Ariadne or similar frameworks.

·        Familiarity with containerization using Docker for application deployment.

·        Demonstrated expertise in machine learning model integration, preferably using the Hugging Face framework.

·        Experience deploying machine learning models on cloud platforms such as Replicate and AWS is a strong plus.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.

·        Should have experience in Backend: Python, Flask Framework, Langchain ML Ops Framework, Ariadne Graph QL Framework, Docker. Frontend: React, Tailwind. ML Model Development – Hugging Face Model Training, ML Deployment onto Replicate or AWS
