What You’ll Do

• Strategic Initiatives: Work directly with the founders on key HR transformation projects, including digital adoption, organizational design, and company-wide OKR tracking.
• Process & System Building: Collaborate with subject matter experts to build structured HR knowledge systems, create internal SOPs, and enhance documentation.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on HR analytics, project milestones, and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
• Technology Integration: Implement and manage tools and workflows using our HRIS (Zoho People), Notion, Excel, and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Operational Excellence: Take the initiative to spot inefficiencies and drive process improvements, ensuring our HR operations are scalable and robust.
• Internal Communication: Own internal communications and updates related to HR initiatives and execution tracking, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

Who You Are

• A recent graduate (BBA/MBA/HR/Generalist) with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent at documentation, project management, and comfortable working with digital tools and technology.
• Curious about how HR works and excited by the challenge of building structured, scalable systems from the ground up.
• An independent and proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to get things done.
• Prior internship or project experience in HR, People Operations, or a Founder’s Office is a plus.

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with strong experience in Django, Flask API development, Databricks, and Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable backend systems, developing REST APIs, building data pipelines, and working with cloud-based data platforms.

● Redefine Fintech architecture standards by building easy-to-use, highly scalable,robust, and flexible APIs

Skills Required:

● 5+ years of experience in the development of complex distributed systems

● Prior experience in building sustainable, reliable and secure microservice-based scalable architecture using Python Programming Language

● In-depth understanding of Python associated libraries and frameworks

● Strong involvement in managing and maintaining produc Ɵ on-level code with high volume API hits and low-latency APIs

React Native Developer Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality React Native applications using clean code.
• Use additional JavaScript libraries, such as Redux, to make asynchronous API calls and enhance website loading speed.
• Implement pixel-perfect user interfaces that match designs.
• Diagnose and repair bugs and performance bottlenecks for native-like performance.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and assist in implementing mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves quickly and frequently breaks things.
• Participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups as well as two-week sprints.
• Utilize new, contemporary, smooth animations and transitions to provide a great user experience.
• Plan the data and presentation layers of the application's front end.

React Native Developer Requirements

• Bachelor's/Degree Master's in Computer Science/Information Technology plus 3+ years of industry experience.
• Extensive knowledge of React tools such as Webpack, Enzyme, React.js, Flux, and Redux.
• Strong command of the JavaScript, TypeScript, or ClojureScript languages and their nuances, including ES6+ syntax.
• REST API knowledge, the document request model, and offline storage.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Selling experience in SaaS or Ad tech products to large media publishers in India
• A good understanding of the Indian Digital Publisher ecosystem and must have experience of working with them
• Good communication skills both verbal and written, with a strong consultative selling approach
• Ability to make cold calls and demonstrate the product in face to face meetings or over a call
