Role Overview

As a Senior Software Crafter at Incubyte, you are a highly competent engineer who leads complex projects and drives strong technical outcomes at a project or team level. The role focuses on elevating technical quality, guiding teams through high-impact challenges, and strengthening engineering maturity through mentorship and candid feedback. 

At this level, you play a key role in resolving critical incidents, leading large improvement initiatives, and contributing to domain or guild efforts that create positive, lasting change across Incubyte.

• Lead and deliver projects of high complexity
• Drive technical quality across projects using sound engineering judgment

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• ⁠6+ years of hands-on software development experience, particularly in ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• A curious and constant learning mindset that looks at tech to an end to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients across the globe to implement Cloud-based Enterprise Software Applications on Oracle Technologies.

• Implement Industry Best Practices using Oracle enterprise cloud applications namely CRM, ERP, HCM, etc.

• Enhance Oracle enterprise cloud applications using Oracle standard cloud technologies to meet the customer business requirements.

• Integrate and extend different enterprise applications to enable business processes by leveraging Oracle Platform as Service Cloud namely Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Visual Builder Cloud, Oracle Process Cloud, and several open technology tools.

• Design and build Mobile Apps & Web portals to deliver a superior customer experience.

An Ideal Candidate:

• 2024, 2025 Graduate from B.Tech/M.Tech(CSE/IT) OR MCA with strong coding Skills

• Min. of 7 CGPA or equivalent

• No backlogs

2. Experience with RESTful services
3. Experience in building user interfaces with JavaScript frameworks like Angular
4. Skilled with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS
5. Strong understanding of JavaScript concepts like Promises and asynchronous programming
6. Ability to decompose a problem into clear software and UX design actions.
7. Understands how to optimize the delivery of code and assets (e.g., images, fonts) to a browser or device (e.g., lazy loading assets, using CDNs, caching, compression, etc.)
8. Experience in working with jasmine, karma, and Angular TestBed
9. Experience in working in agile environments
10. Able to maintain versioning for the source code using Git

• Deep understanding of JS basics and advanced features (ES6) (5+ years)
• Deep understanding of basic and advanced HTML5 / CSS3 features (5+ years)
• Hands on experience developing scalable applications using React JS (preferably using functional components) (2+ years)

• Architect, design, and implement efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex workflows for the Security infrastructure platforms with a strong sense of ownership
• Develop intuitive user interface mockups and wireframes
• Contribute to the analysis of functional requirements
• Contribute to the evolution of the UI platforms while adhering to Agile practices
• Assist in defining user interfaces and software architectures, collaborate with backend leads to establish workflows and APIs
• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Skills:

• Strong hand-on experience on Core and Object-Oriented JavaScript.
• Hand-On experience with React.js workflows (such as Redux, Flux etc).
