We are looking for a creative UI/UX Expert to structure and improve websites / mobile applications usability.

The candidate should be passionate about user satisfaction and be competent in every aspect of building websites / mobile applications. Ultimately, a high- quality UI/UX Expert will be an expert in problem-solving and an innovative thinker.

UI/UX Developer Responsibilities:

• Analyse business needs and produce detailed wireframes that meet

strategic objectives 


• Researching and evaluating usability.
• Developing Innovative, interactive designs for websites / mobile applications
• Coding website / mobile applications structure (Training or POC experience in building UI/UX, Training knowledge or certification in Node Js, React Js, HTML, CSS)
• Gather and document functional requirements for upcoming web and mobile releases 

• The candidate is expected to analyse the behaviours and patterns of users to improve overall functionality.
• Optimise information architecture to promote usability, while accommodating technical needs/constraints 

• Develop user flows and personas to facilitate feature design process 


• Oversee all user-facing text to synthesise tone, language, and

messaging 


UI/UX Developer Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as UI/UX developer
• Bachelor's degree in web development or a similar field.
• Experience as a UI/UX developer
• Experience in coding website / mobile applications structure (Training or POC experience in building UI/UX, Training knowledge or certification in Node Js, React Js, HTML, CSS)
• Computer programming skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced software environment, and an ability to

execute against aggressive timelines

• Experience designing web and mobile solutions for tech platforms &
knowledge of wireframing and/or prototyping tools and methodologies 


• High energy level, enthusiastic, and eager to do what is necessary to be successful

A B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Sc, an UI specialist should have 5-7 years of experience in UI development. We are specifically looking for a specialist who has:

• in depth understanding of Single Page Application Development.
• high expertise in ReactJS concepts, including the modification and creation of ReactDOM /Virtual DOM elements and testing of ReactJS components (Jest, Enzyme)
• proficiency in JavaScript Functional Programming techniques (JavaScript, Strong Understanding of JS Array functions, Ability to build Pure JS functions, Modular JS Development, Proficient in using Webpack bundling)
• strong understanding of JSX Layout dynamics and Styling (JSX, JSS)
• strong understanding of global state management libraries e.g. Redux
• proficiency in agile development environment under open source gitlab including testing, change management
• exposure to full life cycle of enterprise product development
• [Desirable] high level of skill with UI Frameworks such as Material-UI (React) and Prime React

You'll be responsible for developing new features and enhancing existing features for our flagship wind farm design application, a unique tool dedicated to optimizing and analysing wind farms.

Description of Role:

We are building a set of tools, approaches, and engineering processes that combine to form a capability to undertake the technical management of wind farm development at a significantly improved level of sophistication over existing standard industry approaches.

As a frontend developer, you will play a key role in building new features for our flagship application, contributing to our mission of driving innovation in the industry.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Participate in Application Development, focusing on frontend (React), to deliver high-quality web applications with exceptional User Experience. This includes creating admin tools and dashboards for seamless internal management.
• Collaborate in our Kanban-based development process to develop new components and user interaction workflows for our flagship application.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement new components/views for major features, with support from the lead engineer and other developers.
• Maintain and update the frontend stack and dependencies.
• ou would be able to see how we build and streamline our CI/CD pipeline.
• Work closely and learn from our Product Architect and Senior Engineer

Candidate Requirements:

We're seeking someone with a strong background in frontend development, a good understanding of the stack, and a genuine passion for creating beautiful and functional user experiences through elegant and efficient code.

You are a person with:

• 3-5 years of experience building front-end web applications; please also tell us about related degrees or training.
• You should be able to demonstrate fluency in React.
• You should have contributed to open source, proving your proficiency with Git and Git Flow. These contributions can include your personal projects, app ideas, or tools, with links provided in your application.
• Any UI/UX design experience will also greatly benefit the role.
• Great deal of attention to detail
• Can-do, flexible and pro-active attitude to work
• Particular about getting things right - both at the code/data level and further up, encompassing design, layout and user experience.

Hands-on knowledge of UI Development, Rest API, JavaScript, React js, etc

Qualification: B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech

Experience: 4 years- 8 years

Location: Pune / on-site

- BE/BTech degree in CS/IT with more than 7 CGPA or similar.

- 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Frontend Web UI engineer or similar role.

- Must have good understanding of Data Structures/Algorithms/Databases and other CS concepts.

- Should be able to design/implement/deploy end-to-end systems.

- Good/Hands on experience with Angular 8+ and scripting programming languages like JavaScript/Typescript.

- Good/Hands on experience with HTML5, CSS, SCSS, Angular Material or any other UI libraries

- Good/Hands on experience in writing the unit tests.

- Must have worked designing the Angular Modules based on the UI/UX provided with RxJs, NgRx, Websockets etc.

- Should be inquisitive enough to pick and work on multiple programming languages and frameworks based on specific cases.

- Having worked in at least one of the cloud computing services like AWS/Azure/Google Cloud is a plus.
