Role Overview:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will serve as a cornerstone of our engineering team in Bangalore, taking ownership of the end-to-end reliability and scalability of our cloud environments. You will work closely with software developers, product managers, and security teams to bridge the gap between code development and production deployment. Your daily efforts will directly influence the stability of our platforms, ensuring that our infrastructure is not only resilient but also highly automated to support rapid business growth and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and maintain highly available CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery cycles and ensure consistent deployment quality across environments.

- Manage and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker to optimize resource utilization and application performance.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to ensure environment consistency and enable rapid provisioning of cloud resources.

- Automate routine operational tasks and configuration management using Ansible and Python scripts to reduce manual overhead and human error.

- Monitor cloud infrastructure health and security posture within AWS to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for cloud-native development, ensuring high standards of security and operational excellence.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale cloud computing environments on AWS, with a deep understanding of cloud architecture and cost-optimization strategies.

- Proven ability to design and maintain complex CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, ensuring seamless integration and delivery for high-traffic applications.

- Strong proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, with a focus on building reusable tools that enhance team productivity.

- A minimum of 7 - 8 years of professional experience in DevOps and infrastructure engineering roles.

We are seeking a Senior Android DevOps Engineer with 4+ years of specialized experience in mobile engineering pipelines. In this role, you will own, scale, and optimize our Android continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) infrastructure. You will work closely with mobile development and QA teams to accelerate release cycles, ensure tight build security, and automate the journey from local code commit to the Google Play Store.

Key Responsibilities

1. ● Own CI/CD Infrastructure: Build, maintain, and scale robust mobile-specific CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
2. ● Automate Release Workflows: Design and implement end-to-end automation for Android builds (APK/AAB), test execution, and deployment using Fastlane and Gradle.
3. ● Manage Store Deployment: Oversee and automate app distribution via the Google Play Console, managing internal, closed testing, and production rollouts.
4. ● Secure Code Signing: Maintain the integrity of Android keystores, API keys, and certificates using secure secrets management tools.
5. ● Optimize Build Performance: Monitor and actively reduce build times, resolve dependency caching issues, and ensure infrastructure cost efficiency.
6. ● Quality & Observability Integration: Embed automated UI/unit testing (Espresso, Appium) and crash/performance tracking tools (Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry) directly into the pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. ● Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in Mobile DevOps, Release Engineering, or Android Development with a heavy focus on infrastructure.
2. ● Build Systems: Deep, hands-on expertise with Gradle, ProGuard/R8, and the Android SDK.
3. ● Automation Tools: Advanced proficiency with Fastlane and scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Groovy.
4. ● Version Control: Solid understanding of version control best practices and Git branching strategies (e.g., Gitflow, Trunk-based development).
5. ● Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve build/environment issues independently.
6. ● Cloud & Containers: Solid understanding of Docker, cloud runners (AWS/GCP), and infrastructure as code.

Review Criteria:

Mandatory:

• Strong UAT / Functional Test Lead Profiles
• Must have minimum 7 years of overall testing experience, with at least 3 years of recent UAT experience, primarily in manual testing for large enterprise or government project
• Must have worked on minimum 2 national-level e-Governance, public sector, enterprise, or marketplace projects in a UAT lead or ownership role
• Must have 3+ years of team handling experience, leading 7–8 QA/UAT members, including task assignment, review, mentoring, and delivery ownership
• Must have complete ownership of UAT activities, including UAT planning, execution, acceptance sign-off, defect management, retesting, and regression cycles.
• Must have strong hands-on manual testing experience, with the ability to create test scenarios and test cases from BRDs, user stories, functional documents, and Figma/UI screens.
• Must be able to understand HLD/LLD documents and API specifications and perform manual API testing based on business logic.
• Must have BE/BTech/MTech/MBA (BSc/BCA alone is not acceptable; with Bsc/BCA candidates must have a relevant postgraduate degree MCA/MTech)

Preferred:

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent is preferred

Ideal Candidate:

• 8 + years’ experience in UAT, with at least 2 National-level e-Governance solutions / Enterprise platforms / Marketplace projects.
• Proficiency in test planning, execution oversight, acceptance criteria definition, defect triage, regression cycle management.
• Proficient in understanding business requirements by going through BRDs, User Stories, Figma screens to define test scenarios and test cases.
• Ability to analyze high level and low-level design documents, API specifications to identify the business logic developed and create test cases to test the APIs.
• Hands-on experience of defining high quality test scenarios, test cases with ability to review and guide the test team members in doing the same.
• Education/Certifications: B.E./ B.Tech. / MTech/ MCA/ MS (Computer Science/IT)/ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent required.

Responsibility 

·        Designing and building the website front-end.

·        Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.

·        Generating WordPress themes and plugins.

·        Conducting website performance tests.

·        Troubleshooting content issues.

·        Conducting WordPress training with the client.

Eligibility

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.

·        Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.

·        Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.

·        Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.

·        Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.

·        Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.

Android Developer:

Our Android stack includes Java and libGDX, the code base is designed using Clean Architecture.  It is a multi module application and supports both 'application' and 'library' project mode.

EXPECTATIONS:

● Writing efficient android code in Java and Kotlin following Clean Architecture guidelines

● Tracing, benchmarking and profiling android java code

● Familiarity with popular android libraries/methods like Dagger2, RxJava2, OkHTTP.

● Familiarity with latest android platform changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Work closely with our product and design teams to customize the Poker experience across our  vendor platforms.

● Prototype new and redesign features

● Strong coding abilities and experience with Kotlin, Java and Android SDK

● A focus on UI design principles, hardware acceleration and making games work intuitively

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

● Experience of building Android applications/Games in Java or Kotlin using Android SDK (Kotlin preferred)
