Technical Team Lead

We’re seeking a highly experienced and certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead strategic initiatives and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Experience with financial services industry in Asia market is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Serve as the primary liaison between marketing stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Architect, guide and support scalable solutions using SFMC modules like Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
• ⁠Translate marketing goals into technical specifications and actionable workflows.
• ⁠Lead integration efforts with CRM systems, data platforms, and third-party platforms.
• ⁠Design and optimize customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and real-time personalization.
• ⁠Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and platform security best practices.
• ⁠Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive platform adoption and maturity.
• ⁠Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and innovations, especially within Marketing Cloud and Einstein AI.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with a strong focus on Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Email Specialist, or Architect
• ⁠Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and campaign analytics.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and data modeling within SFMC.
• ⁠Experience with API integrations, SDKs, and event tracking across web and mobile platforms.
• ⁠Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau CRM, and CDP platforms is a plus.
• ⁠Familiarity with other similar marketing platforms like Mo Engage is an added advantage.

Desired qualifications include:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks like Angular 12+, React, or similar.
• Strong understanding of web technologies including TypeScript, Python along Fast API.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB is appreciated.

Our IVA is transforming financial institutions’ call centers from a cost to a revenue center.

Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1.

Many of them come from ML teams at Apple, Microsoft, and Salesforce in the US along with enterprise architects with over 20+ years of experience building large-scale systems. Our India team consists of people from ISB, IIMs, and many who have been previously part of early-stage startups.

Founders come from Banking and Enterprise Technology backgrounds with previous experience scaling companies from scratch to $50M+ in revenues.

As a SDE III, you will be :

1. Designing and implementing FullStack applications of interface.ai’s conversational AI platform and playing a significant role in evolving them.
