Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service & Operations
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them in seating as per service protocols.
- Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages as per brand standards.
- Ensure tables are set up neatly before service and cleared efficiently afterward.
- Refill water, clear used dishes, and attend to guest needs proactively.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
- Maintain awareness of ongoing promotions, menu changes, and daily specials.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and pantry.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per company and statutory guidelines.
- Ensure cutlery, crockery, and glassware are clean, polished, and ready for service.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in restaurant or hotel F&B service.
- Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service techniques.
- Positive attitude, grooming standards, and willingness to learn.
