We are looking for you

We are rapidly expanding in the Analytics, AI & Intelligent Automation space working with global clients to solve their high-priority business needs through various technologies including .net core, c# and related Microsoft technologies.  We are looking for an experienced Full Stack .Net Technology Development experienced professional to accelerate this growth and expand the Microsoft Technology practice across various technologies like .NET , C#, Azure SQL, REST APIs, Web Services, Azure, ASP.NET Razor Pages , Blazor, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, MSAL, Entra ID and other MS analytics technologies.

You must have experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade automation solutions as well as either managed or aspired to manage small to big size technology teams. We are looking for you if you are a team player, a customer-focused, self-motivated, and responsible individual who can work under pressure with a positive attitude. You should have good verbal and written communication skills. You should be process-oriented and demonstrate the quality first approach.

Job Location – Hyderabad

What you’ll bring

·       B. Tech. computer science or equivalent

·       5 – 12+ years of experience in a handson- technical role, ideally for a lead system integrator(s).

·      Hands-on experience in software design, development, testing and system integration

·       Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design

·       Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically: .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, ADO.Net, Web API. Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, Mongo DB, JSON/XML, RESTful and SOAP-based web services, Angular, HTML, CSS, jQuery.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills

·       Ability to develop solution architecture designs, demos and present them to clients and other stakeholders

·       Ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment with result orientation to deliver organizational benefit

·       Strong conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem-solving skills

 What you will do

Key Responsibilities includes:

·       Design, Architect and Build  .Net applications in Logistics/Insurance Domains 

·       Mentor Team members 

·       Prioritize and plan complex task and deliver with consistent updates without follow-ups

·       Work independently with less monitoring

·       Enable pre-sales to complete the proposal with right technical solutions and architecture 

·       Build Case studies of every project that you will execute and deliver

·       Actively Participate in organization wide initiatives in hiring new talents, marketing drives etc.

·       Collaborate with peer leaders and contribute to company’s growth

·       Participate in Learning & Development Initiatives (offsites) for leaders at Kanerika

·       Define performance and business goals for team members and review them on monthly basis

·       Review and Enforce HR processes for the team members
