About the Role

BluePMS Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring IT Executives to work at our client hotels and support their day-to-day IT and hotel management software requirements.

As an IT Executive, you will be deployed at client hotel locations and work closely with hotel management, front-office teams, accounts teams, and other hotel staff. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance, support the implementation and operation of the BluePMS Hotel Property Management System (PMS), troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day usage of our software and related IT systems.

This is a client-facing, on-site role. Candidates should therefore be comfortable working at hotel premises and interacting directly with hotel staff and management.

The role provides hands-on exposure to Hotel PMS implementation, IT support, software troubleshooting, networking, hardware, user support, database operations, and hospitality technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Work at assigned client hotel locations as an IT Executive representing BluePMS.
• Support the implementation, deployment, and configuration of BluePMS solutions at client hotels.
• Assist hotel staff with the installation, configuration, and usage of PMS software.
• Provide on-site technical support to hotel users and departments.
• Troubleshoot software, computer, printer, network, connectivity, and peripheral-related issues.
• Assist with configuring computers, printers, scanners, and other IT devices used at the hotel.
• Support basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Understand hotel staff requirements and provide appropriate technical assistance.
• Guide and train hotel employees on the use of BluePMS and its various modules.
• Conduct basic product demonstrations and user training when required.
• Identify software issues and coordinate with BluePMS's internal technical/support team for resolution.
• Follow up on reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain records of technical issues, support activities, and implementation tasks.
• Communicate regularly with hotel management and relevant departments regarding technical requirements and issues.
• Maintain a professional relationship with client hotel staff and management.
• Travel to and work at different client hotel locations when required.
• Assist with other implementation, technical support, and IT-related activities assigned by the team.

Project Scope:

This engagement automates end-to-end infrastructure build provisioning across on-prem and Azure. The team will build a shared ServiceNow-led intake, approval, orchestration, and closed-loop status model, using Jenkins/Ansible for on-prem builds and Azure DevOps/Terraform for cloud builds. Automation includes standards, security/compliance controls, scan gates, CMDB/change updates, and handover.        

Build automated on-prem infrastructure provisioning and configuration workflows.      

Automate server builds from approved request through VM/host deployment, OS install, domain join, and baseline configuration.

Develop Jenkins, Ansible, PowerShell, and integrations for network, storage, DNS, IP, agents, patching, monitoring, backup, and security.

Integrate SCVMM/Hyper-V, VMware, OneView, SCCM, Satellite, and related tools.

Encode infrastructure standards as reusable, version-controlled automation artifacts.

Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, documentation, and hypercare.

Solid understanding of visual communication principles and best practices for digital learning.

Ability to translate concepts into visually appealing and functional designs, particularly for learning artifacts.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated .NET Developer with around 2 years of experience to join our backend development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and API development. You will work closely with product, DevOps, and QA teams to build and enhance backend systems

supporting our trading and fintech platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs for integration with frontend and third-party systems.

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
