Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.

7+ years of proven experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in ecommerce, retail, or FMCG.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist with experience in the digital marketing industry to help drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media, combined with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital marketing industry.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and potential partnerships.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the digital marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and web development.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

• Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush) is a plus.

Job Post Description :

· At least 3 to 4 years experience in Compositing tools like AFTER EFFECTS and Editing tools like Adobe Premier.

· Working experience in Maya 3D will be valuable.

· As senior resource taking the responsibility in compositing and VFX (Motion Graphics) the animation basis the storyboard and script requirements. Mentor the junior team members.

Job Responsibility: -

· Excellent Visualization and planning experience for compositing animations/videos.

· Camera tracking, Matte generation, Color Corrections.

· Use of Motion Graphics, templates and plug-ins for After Effects.

· Knowledge of film resolution & aspect ratios.

· Knowledge of MAYA Dynamics will be added advantage.

· Sound design Aesthetics.
