Position Overview The Sales Development Representative is the initial interface between the Company's Customers/Prospects and Sales team. The SDR should be able to generate qualified leads for the sales team to pursue, through different outreach methods, including social (LinkedIn). What You’ll Be Doing ✓ Generate Qualified Sales Opportunities and Pipeline for Sales team. ✓ Manage territories and account list with high degree of ownership. ✓ Ability to manage and execute daily Outbound calling and prospecting KPI’s. ✓ Account and Prospect research to map relevant stakeholders, for quality engagements and follow-ups. ✓ Learn from existing SDR’s on market potential and work on developing market base. ✓ Demonstrate experience in creating simple, precise pitch for Calls and Emails and LinkedIn InMail. ✓ Leverage AI-powered sales and marketing tools to enhance prospect research, lead qualification, personalized outreach, and pipeline generation. Use AI to improve productivity, messaging quality, and conversion rates across email, LinkedIn, and calling campaigns. What You Bring to the Table ✓ Have demonstrated engaging with C-level and VP-level connects for SaaS and ERP Software companies. ✓ Proven track record of generating consistent pipeline against monthly, quarterly and annual targets. ✓ Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information effectively in English and a local language. ✓ Skilful Objection handling on calls, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results. ✓ Experience working with sales, marketing and product team to understand and convey product value-add, benefits and outcomes to prospects/customers. ✓ Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion. ✓ Experience working with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Outreach. ✓ Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. ✓ Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in internal collaboration and external business activities. ✓ Able to work independently with minimum supervision. ✓ Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. ✓ Hands-on experience using AI tools for sales and marketing activities such as prospect identification, account research, personalized content creation, email drafting, and outreach automation. ✓ Familiarity with AI-enabled platforms such as OpenAI (ChatGPT), HubSpot AI features, Salesforce Einstein, Apollo.io, Clay, or similar tools to improve prospecting efficiency and campaign effectiveness. ✓ Ability to use AI-generated insights while maintaining accuracy, personalization, and professional judgment in customer communications. ✓ Experience prospecting into Supply Chain & Logistics head/decision makers is an added advantage. • 3-7 years of design and work experience in visual design, including creating graphics and video content for digital and print media.
• Skilled in apt design tools like Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects with an eye for composition, color, design, space design, and details.
• Proven ability to create both static and motion-based ads (e.g., GIFs, Lottie animations)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital creative work, including examples of ad integration in digital environments.
• Use data - Check CTRs and revamp design basis the learnings.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer for a local IT Services Management Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the application management of a B2C application to meet the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and fulfil customer expectations. 

You will act as a on-call-duty team in the time between 6 pm to 8 am, 365 days a year. 

We are seeking a hands-on Software Developer with strong experience in DevOps and Backend 

Responsibilities:

Problem Management & Incident Management activities: Identifying and resolving technical issues and errors that arise during application usage. 

Release and Update Coordination: Planning and executing software updates, new versions, or system upgrades to keep applications up to date.

Change Management: Responsible for implementing and coordinating changes to the application, considering the impact on ongoing operations.

Requirements:

Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience or equivalent work experience.

Skills & Expertise:

Proficient in ITIL service management frameworks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experienced in project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban).

Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements

1. At least 3+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion SaaS/PaaS project implementations as a technical developer

2. Completed at least 1 ERP or Oracle Cloud (Fusion) project implementations

3. Extensive Knowledge on underlying database structure for ERP/Oracle Cloud (Fusion)

4. Extensively worked on BI Publisher reports, FBDI/OTBI and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

5. Have strong technical knowledge on Oracle Database SQL and PLSQL

6. VBCS development experience is an added advantage
