We're seeking a skilled Front-end Lead Engineer to lead an ongoing production-ready enterprise project and contribute to code while leading the frontend team. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering & QA, to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Lead and mentor the Front-end (FE) team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support.
- Oversee the deployment of frontend applications, coordinating with teams as necessary.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading the front-end development team.

Quantive is seeking an incredible Junior Frontend Engineer (Angular) with 1-2 years of relevant experience to join our growing team!

The Role
We are looking for a super-smart, innovative, and over-achieving Junior Frontend Engineer (Angular) with a passion for building solutions to customer’s biggest issues.
You will own the development of our most complex solutions and you will be responsible for building tools, apps and best practices to help the Technical Success team to scale and mature the delivery of our technical services to customers.
The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical, and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team.
The Details
As a Junior Frontend Engineer (Angular), you'll:
- Partner with Technical Success Managers to deliver technical solutions to customers
- Create custom UIs for Quantive's data using HTML, CSS, Javascript and Angular best practices
- Cooperate with web designers and Technical Success Managers to match visual designs
- Continually explore new ways to improve our solutions
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our technical services offering
- Gathering and refining specifications and requirements for customer solutions based on technical needs
- Build and maintain tooling for all things customer related
- Develop and maintain reports and apps for the Quantive Marketplace
What We're Looking for
To be successful in this role at Quantive, you'll need to have:
- Previous experience in web programming
- Ability to speak English at business level
- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Experience with Angular and/or TypeScript
- Proficiency in SQL
- Knowledge of other programming skills is an advantage
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field

- Working with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
- Being able to develop new user facing features.
- Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Assuring that all user input is validated before submitting to the back end.
- Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.
What you need to have:
- Proficient understanding of web mark-up, including HTML5, CSS3
- Basic understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Rock-solid understanding of JavaScript. Should have experience in React, Redux, or any other state management library.
- Huge plus if you are worked on complex UIs which involved drag & drop interactions.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and AJAX.
- Hands-on experience in optimizing the UI of an application.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Knowledge about Docker, Nginx, Angular and RxJs are nice to have and adds as a bonus.

•Able to work with creating complex logics for the manipulation of DOM as well for binding.
•Should know how to work with HTTP calls in Angular.
•Experience working with Micro frontend angular applications is added advantage
•Should be able to get a fast grip of the requirements and must be able to create the UI/UX accordingly.
•Collaborating techniques with back-end developers as well the client users is a must.
•Should be very familiar with versioning systems such as git or Azure DevOps
•Should be efficient in writing CSS styling.
•Good to have knowledge of CSS styling, agile methodology.
