Senior Mobile Engineer / Mobile Lead

Set the technical direction for mobile.

AbleCredit builds software for complex enterprise workflows where AI, APIs, business rules, human decisions, and real-world operations have to work together reliably. We care about building products that work in production - not just in demos. We're looking for a senior engineer to own the technical foundations of our mobile applications: architecture, reliability, performance, release safety, and the engineering practices that allow the mobile team to scale.

What You'll Own?

• Define mobile architecture and technical direction across our applications.

• Own reliability, performance, crash/ANR reduction, observability, and release quality.

• Make pragmatic native-versus-cross-platform decisions based on product and engineering constraints.

• Design robust patterns for networking, offline operation, media capture, synchronization, background work, and local persistence.

• Establish testing, CI/CD, staged rollout, feature flag, and production monitoring practices.

• Lead technically complex mobile initiatives that span backend, infrastructure, product, and design.

• Review architecture and critical code while mentoring mobile engineers.

• Reduce long-term complexity through platform components, shared libraries, and clear engineering standards.

What We're Looking For?

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with substantial production mobile ownership.

• Deep expertise in Android, iOS, or cross-platform mobile architecture, with strong understanding of native platform behavior.

• Experience designing and evolving large production mobile applications.

• Strong knowledge of concurrency, networking, persistence, performance, security, and application lifecycle.

• Experience leading technical projects and influencing engineers without relying on hierarchy.

• Strong production debugging and incident-resolution skills.

• Ability to balance architectural quality with startup execution speed.

Nice to Have

• Experience with media-heavy, field-workforce, fintech, or enterprise mobile applications.

• Native and cross-platform experience.

• Mobile security, device integrity, secure storage, and privacy-sensitive applications.

• Experience building internal mobile platforms, SDKs, or reusable application infrastructure.

This isn't simply the most senior person implementing screens. You'll define how mobile engineering works at AbleCredit: architecture, reliability standards, developer experience, release discipline, and the technical foundations that the next generation of the application will be built on.

We are looking for an experienced Product & IT Manager who can combine product management, project management, and hands-on understanding of software development technologies. The role will be responsible for managing the product portfolio, driving technology initiatives, coordinating development projects, and ensuring effective delivery across product, IT, and development teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Plan, manage, and track software/product development projects, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and deliverables.

• Work closely with developers, QA, UI/UX, business teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Drive product delivery, client servicing, and asset retention through actionable and implementable strategies. 

• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend relevant solutions such as cloud, SaaS, analytics, AI/ML, and automation.

Project Management & Development Technology Experience – Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
