The Opportunity
We are looking for a React Developer who will drive the frontend architecture and development of our scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS platform.
You will:
- Work on complex UIs
- Optimize performance for real-time analytics
- Contribute to our component-based design system
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-performance web applications that can handle millions of conversations, large-scale data visualization, and seamless user interactions.
Your Responsibilities
Frontend Development & Optimization
- Develop highly responsive, modular, and reusable React components for the OneInbox platform
- Optimize UI performance, accessibility, and usability across multiple devices and screen sizes
- Implement efficient state management using Redux, React Query, or similar libraries
- Work on real-time data visualization and ensure seamless frontend-backend communication
Component Library & Design System
- Build and maintain a scalable UI component library for consistent user experiences
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Ensure all frontend code follows OneInbox’s design system and best practices
Security & Compliance
- Implement secure authentication and data handling patterns (OAuth, JWT, Role-Based Access Control)
- Follow secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities (e.g., CSRF, XSS, SQL Injection)
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and enterprise security standards in frontend development
Collaboration & Code Quality
- Work closely with backend engineers, AI researchers, and product teams to build seamless user experiences
- Perform code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and ensure high code quality
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices for frontend development
Performance & Scalability
- Improve frontend rendering performance for data-heavy applications
- Work on lazy loading, caching strategies, and Service/Web Workers for better efficiency
- Optimize API calls and data fetching strategies for high-traffic applications
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Deep expertise in React performance optimization for real-time applications
- Strong knowledge of Redux, React Query, Zustand, or equivalent state management tools
- Experience with component-driven UI design and modular development
- Proficiency in modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite, NPM/Yarn)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and GraphQL
- Experience with frontend security best practices (e.g., CSP, JWT, OAuth)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
- Knowledge of SSR, SSG, and Next.js is a plus
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, especially B2B or AI-driven products
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with WebRTC, AI-powered UI, Browser Notifications, or chatbot interfaces
- Knowledge of real-time analytics dashboards (D3.js, Recharts, Highcharts)
- Background in FinTech, AI SaaS, or enterprise security solutions
