Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Kubernetes Administrator with strong hands-on experience in managing Red Hat OpenShift environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Kubernetes administration, ArgoCD, and Jenkins.

This role demands a self-motivated, quick learner who can confidently manage OpenShift-based infrastructure in production environments, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and escalate issues promptly when needed.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes administration (OpenShift or Kubernetes certification a plus).
• Proven expertise in managing containerized workloads on OpenShift platforms.
• Experience with ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, and Helm for deployment automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in high-pressure production environments.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

Gather requirements by identifying user needs and recommend solution to clients.

Develop user requirement document, functional specification, user guide and training material for solutions.

Act as a liaison between development team and stakeholder throughout the implementation.

Support implementation, user acceptance testing and training activities (when required).

Analyzing, developing and proposing enhancements to current business processes, reports and applications in order to optimize system effectiveness.

Provide support in pre-sales activities with sales and marketing team, activities included analysis on RFP, provide business proposal, conduct system demo.

What you’ll need?

Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor’s Degree in IT and Business majors preferred.

Prefer a minimum of 2 years’ experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional requirements but fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

Must possess good knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), practical understanding of information technology and have the ability to conceptually relate technology to business’ needs.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

Retail domain knowledge would be a strong advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the entire order cycle of timely booking of Orders / Invoicing / Dispatching / and providing timely dispatch details to customers and team

• Coordinate with various internal teams such as Accounting, Warehouse, Transportation and Sales Team, etc. to execute the dispatch.

• Checking and Verification of Purchase Orders, Credit Limit, Prices, Items, Eway Bills, LR Copy and other things related to dispatch.

• Rechecking of Sales Invoice Made.

• Regular follow-up with warehouse and transporters to ensure that material is received to the client before/on time.

• Ensuring minimum freight charged to customers and our company from the transporters.

• Timely responding to all the dispatch-related calls, emails and queries.

• Maintaining accurate and complete data entry for the dispatch/logistics on the system.

• Protect the organization's reputation by keeping pricing, promotion, purchase order, and credit-limit information confidential.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels.

• Handling and assisting other dispatch team members.

• Ensuring stocks are available as per Stock Minimum Order Level.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Prior work experience as a Logistics and Dispatch Manager.

• The candidate should have strong verbal skills and be able to send emails and communicate on a regular basis.

• Record of successful distribution and logistics management.

• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff of Logistics, Warehouse and Transporters.

• Understanding of sourcing through databases and social media, specially LinkedIn.
• Headhunting- identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Knowledge of employer branding techniques.

• Creating recruiting strategies to attract candidates
• Sales/Customer service skills to create and post job advertisements on social media, website, newspapers etc.

• Years of Relevant Experience- 5+ Years of proven experience in recruiting.
• Education & Work experience** - Relevant degree in HR Management. Additional HR trainings will be a plus. Experienced in sourcing techniques.
• Software and Applications- Tech savvy with outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS / HRMS (e.g. Zoho), ATS, Ticketing System.
