About the role

We're looking for a tech lead to set the technical direction for a growing team and raise the bar for everyone around them. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll still write production code, but your largest impact comes through architecture, mentorship, and the standards you instill. You own outcomes for a team, not just your own commits.

• Drive architecture decisions, document tradeoffs, and align the team on a clear technical path Mentor engineers through code review, pairing, and guidance, growing them toward strong production ownership

Responsibilities: Web Development Develop responsive web interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Optimize frontend performance for mobile and desktop platforms. Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user experiences. Mobile App Development Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native (or Flutter, if applicable). Ensure smooth user experience and performance across Android and iOS devices. Manage versioning, updates, and publishing to Play Store and App Store. Backend Development Develop and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Integrate with MongoDB / MySQL databases for data persistence.
