Role- Senior Full Stack Developer - Python and React

Senior/Lead Software Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable components using Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Take ownership of full-stack development tasks, from backend services to modern front-end interfaces, ensuring high performance, security, and code quality.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional Agile teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and architectural design.

We are looking for a visionary Sr. Full Stack Engineering Lead who is passionate about building and leading our technology department. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and experience in leading a team to drive innovation and growth. As Engineering Lead, you will oversee the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase business.

Leadership and Strategy:

• HTML/CSS: For structuring and styling the web pages.

Database Management:

DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

Main duties/responsibilities

• Design & implement good quality software and databases as per the software specification.
• Participate in effort estimations.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of using ORMs (Sequelize, mongoose)

• Hands-on experience on deploy, monitor, optimize, load-balance large scale nodejs applications on production

• Experience in serverless architecture either lambda or google cloud functions are a plus

• Hands-on experience on Docker, message queue, Redis, AWS managed services are a plus

• Server-side rendering (Nextjs), knowledge of Unix, shell script, deployment, and code sanitization/optimization (Intermediate)

• Have experience in working on large scale enterprise applications

• Strong understanding of coding best practices, error handling, lazy loading, etc.

• Experience in object-oriented design skills.

• Architect, develop and maintain core products and services of the company.

Job Description:

1. At least 3+ years’ experience into web front end/full stack development

1. Proficient in Object Oriented JavaScript programming and working with JS frameworks on both client and server-side

1. In depth knowledge and working experience in full stack development, for example in Node JS and Mongo DB based implementations as a MEAN stack dev

1. Experience implementing applications using Sails.JS, Angular or ExpressJS frameworks

1. Have hands on knowledge in database technologies, preferable NoSQL databases, such as, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.

1. Experience with design patterns and building applications from scratch is a plus
2. Thorough understanding and exposure to API integrations, especially RESTful-based web services in JSON
3. Continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson) and version control (bitbucket, Git etc).
