We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Develop business applications using Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.

Create and manage automated business processes using Power Automate.

Work with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling, configuration, and application development.

Develop integrations between Power Platform and Microsoft 365, third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Customize and configure Model-Driven Apps based on business requirements.

Build responsive and user-friendly Canvas Apps.

Develop complex workflows and approval processes using Power Automate.

Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and performance-related issues.

Follow Power Platform best practices for security, governance, performance, and scalability.

Work with development, functional, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver solutions.

Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and deployment procedures.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers/team members.

Ensure solutions follow enterprise ALM, security, and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

6–9 years of overall IT experience.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate.

Excellent experience developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.

Good understanding of Dataverse, connectors, APIs, and integrations.

Experience developing enterprise-level Power Platform solutions.

Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders.

Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations.

Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft services.

Exposure to Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence practices.

Knowledge of Power Platform security and role-based access.

Experience with Power Platform ALM, solutions, and deployment pipelines.

Exposure to REST APIs and third-party integrations.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Knowledge of Power Platform performance optimization and best practices.
