JOB TITLE: Senior Full Stack Developer (SDE-3)

LOCATION: Remote/Hybrid.

We are looking for a highly skilled SDE 3 Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in Python to join our dynamic team. As a Software Engineer 3 at Fountane, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions that drive business value and innovation for our clients. You will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers to deliver high-quality software products and services. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex software applications and systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities, and to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing technical guidance, support, and feedback to facilitate their growth and development.
• Drive technical excellence and innovation within the engineering team, promoting best practices, standards, and methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals.
• Document technical designs, implementations, and best practices, and contribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration efforts within the engineering community.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

• Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Proficient in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Extensive experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
• Hands-on experience with software engineering tools and practices, including version control systems, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Previous working experience as a PHP Developer for 3 years
• BS/MS  in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar relevant field
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
• Proficient in PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery Expert
• Experience with PHP MVC frameworks (Symfony)

• Front-end skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ES6+, Ajax);
• 3+ years working with React/Redux + Typescript front-end applications
• Must have experience technologies like Python, React, node.js, PostgreSQL, AWS
• Experience with centrally managed state (Redux) and React Router
• Experience with data structuring libraries (Immutable.js / Immer)
• Experience of TDD/BDD, QA/Test frameworks such as Selenium, load testing (Blazemeter), unit testing (Mocha/Chai/Jest) etc.
• Experience optimising the performance of front-end applications
• A good understanding of agile development practices and common methodologies
• Experience building responsive, cross browser compatibility websites and applications
• Experience of integrating with web services and APIs, including REST endpoints.
• Experience using code version control systems (GIT) and CI/CD.

• Experience in software / web application architecture, estimates, design and development experience
• Knowledge of formal methods and techniques in software development
• Experience / Knowledge in the following technologies/languages/libraries/frameworks:
  • Primary Experience in C#, NodeJS and React JS.
  • Add on experience in HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JSON, API, Angular JS, AWS / Azure.
  • Experience with Version Control Software (GIT)

Role Introduction

Technical leads oversee a team of personnel focused on technical issues, including software development, product releases, and engineering tasks. They are responsible for the end to end operations of the Development team. They often evaluate their team's work processes and best practices and implement changes to streamline operations.

Role Base Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and implement high-quality software, as a member of an agile development team
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions
• Understanding the requirement and design/develop sustainable and agile application architecture
• Proactively identify architectural weaknesses and recommend appropriate solutions
• Proactively share technical knowledge and best practices with team members
• Engage in continuous learning and adoption of new concepts, technologies, and functionality
• Utilize Lend.in Platform to deploy the customer requirements in the BFSI Sector

Must-Have Qualification

• Solid Web developer with at least 4-5 years of Java/ J2EE experience
• 3+ years of Java experience along with spring boot is mandatory
• 3+ years of professional experience with enterprise architecture and developing highly scalable websites/services
• 3+ years of experience with database design and maintenance (MySQL)
• Proficiency with back and front end caching strategies (Memcached, Redis)
• Hands-on experience developing, releasing, and maintaining large-scale software

applications

• Must be a self-starter and enjoy working in a team
• Must have led a team of size 5 to 7
• High Energy levels and passionate to try new technology stacks

Good to have Qualification
