Role & Responsibilities

Contributes to the technical vision for an engineering team, aligning with company-wide strategies and goals.

Contributes to the design and development of robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.

Create innovative solutions using the latest technologies and tools for front end development and backend development.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product direction and to deliver complex applications.

Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments, working closely with customer support and operations teams to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations

• Full Stack Developer with a strong technical foundation in Angular, Java,Spring MVC, JPA. Spring Boot, REST API, Database, and CI/CD pipelines, Playwright
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular (front-end) and Java Spring Boot (back-end). * At least 3 years of Hand-on Java EE and Core Java experience with strong leadership qualities.
• Experience with Web Service development, REST and Services Oriented Architecture.
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Design patterns, Architecture and Application Integration.
• Working knowledge of Databases including Design, SQL proficiency.
• Strong experience with frameworks used for development and automated testing like SpringBoot, Junit, BDD etc.
• Experience with Unix/Linux Operating System and Basic Linux Commands.
• Strong development skills with ability to understand technical design and translate the same into workable solution.
• Basic knowledge of Python/Python scripting
• Build, deploy, and monitor applications using CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with agile development methodology.
• Good to Have Elastic Index Database, MongoDB - No SQL Database Docker Deployments, Cloud Deployments 

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: 

Product Development Engineer is responsible for front end development of modules of enliven CEM. 

The engineer is responsible for end to end delivery of specific components in the module and integrate them with existing modules 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS. 

• Able to generate LLD documents. 

• Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects. 

• Unit Test and following the coding standards. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS: 

• 5+ years strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object Oriented Java script, NodeJS and HTML5 

• Hands on Experience on Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA, RESTful web services implementation.

• NodeJS experience is value add 

• Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources. 

• One who is proactive and comes forward with technology related initiatives. Motivated selfstarter. 

• Good Communication skills. English - Oral and Written.

Essential Skills 

• Reliable, Accountable, and Trustworthy

• Familiarity with GoLang / PHP / Python / Java / C / C++ / Linux Shell and Scripting / HTML / CSS / JS / Node.js is a plus
• Effective communication skills to ensure smooth coordination of tasks with the Team Leader.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, and PL/SQL is a plus
• Familiarity with ML, TensorFlow, and Keras is a plus
