Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Support Executive to join our support team. The role involves providing technical and operational support to schools using School Chimes, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth product functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide backend and remote support to schools and educational institutions using School Chimes.
• Respond promptly to client queries through calls, emails, or chat.
• Diagnose and resolve basic software or operational issues efficiently.
• Escalate technical issues to the development team when necessary.
• Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Assist in user onboarding, setup, and basic training for new clients.
• Ensure timely follow-up and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (IT or Computer Science preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and English.
• Basic understanding of software systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service orientation with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
• Prior experience in backend or software support is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

As a QA Automation Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web and mobile applications through automated and manual testing.
