Mern Stack Developer / Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement responsive user interfaces with React.
• Build server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with 4-6 years’ experience as a web developer in the latest of technologies. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing web applications that deliver a seamless user experience. You will work on both the front-end and back-end development, ensuring the entire application functions effectively.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and client interfacing skills.
• Solid fundamentals in core JavaScript concepts while working on web projects for 4-6 years.
• Proficient with Frameworks like Node.js/Nest.js, Angular/React/Vue.js/Next.js along with related technologies & frameworks like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI.
•  Good experience with Relational and/or NoSQL databases.
•  Hands-on experience in building high-quality Web applications.
• Good knowledge of at least one major cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Good knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose.
•  Basic Understanding of Kubernetes.
•  Good experience with Git and branching strategy (preferably GitFlow)
•  Good architectural & design skills.
•  Strong analytical, problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills.
•  Strong understanding of emerging technologies, standards, and best practices for development.
•  Software development experience with significant time spent working on Cloud technologies preferred.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Go to the person of the Project lead for complex feature implementations.
• Understand requirements on its own and implement them.
• Create efficient, reusable, and scalable code for both front-end and back-end.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness.
•  Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
•  Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in web development.
•  Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and enhance team collaboration.
• Guide junior members in the team to help them improve their skills.

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

• Proficiency in JavaScript

Roles and Resposibilities

• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture.

• Flawless implementation of our approved user interface.

• Design and deployment of our database used in online and offline executions and construction of our REST API.

• Integrating with third-party APIs and existing frameworks.

• Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment.

• Providing improvements to the product being supported.

• Actively participated in release and sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations, retrospectives, and solution releases.

• Developing and adhering to best practices for developing applications and continuously contributing to team performance improvement and collaboration.

• Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document programs.

• Writing unit tests to continually improve the quality of our ability to introduce features at a rapid pace.

• Programming, updating, and managing server-side code.

• Working closely with other developers to maintain structured code.

• Continuously improve the tribe’s services to achieve technical excellence and pay off the technical debt over time.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience with: Relevant back-end programming

• in NodeJS, ReactJS, ExpressJS, JavaScript

• Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions.

• Server management and deployment for the relevant environment

• Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework—both front-end and back-end.

• Ideally, familiarity with CSS pre-processors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries

• Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy.

• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests

• Proficiency with Git

• Experience with agile and/or DevOps processes and tools (e.g., JIRA,) Ability to translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks.

• Excellent knowledge of relational databases. Excellent skills in DB schema design.
