Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support design development, documentation, vendor coordination, budgeting, and FF&E selection for residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong design sense, technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

• Develop design concepts aligned with client needs and project goals.
• Create interior design schemes including space planning, color palettes, materials, and finishes.

Drawings & Documentation

• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, elevations, and presentations using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to integrate interior elements within project documentation.

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers for material sourcing and procurement.
• Ensure all FF&E items meet project specifications and budget limits.

Shop Drawings & Specifications

• Review and approve shop drawings for accuracy and design intent.
• Prepare specifications for construction, installation, and finishing works.

Quotes & Budget Management

• Prepare cost estimates, quotes, and BOQs.
• Assist the project team in monitoring and managing project budgets.

FF&E Selection

• Lead the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment as per design concepts and client preferences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and product innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E procurement.
• Ability to prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.

Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining ABAP Dictionary objects (tables, views, domains, data elements, etc.).

Ability to effectively debug programs, identify bug fixes, and optimize performance bottlenecks.

Ability to understand functional/technical specifications and translate them into high-quality ABAP code.

Experience in preparing technical documentation as per established templates and standards.

Proven experience working on medium and large-scale SAP projects.

Desirable Skills:

Exposure to SAP HANA and ABAP on HANA for high-performance computing.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 for modern web-based applications.

Understanding of SAP integration technologies, including IDocs, BAPI, and RFC.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies or Scrum project management frameworks

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 9+ years of experience in software engineering with experience building complex, large-scale products

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager / Tech Lead with people management responsibilities

Mandatory (Tech Skills 1): Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in Java (or equivalent compiled language), scripting languages (Python, PHP, Ruby, Perl, Node.js), web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript), and databases (SQL/NoSQL)

Mandatory (Tech Skills 2): Proven ability to solve large-scale technical problems and guide teams on architecture, design, quality, and best practices

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain art production workflow/pipeline by writing scripts/tools to aid artists to create more efficiently
• Become embedded with external customer teams to develop games, tools and provide support
• Integrate assets into client’s applications without sacrificing artistic vision or exceeding technical limits of the platform
• Produce particles, shaders and other VFX for Unity applications(Unity 2019.4 LTS)
• Build close relationships with client engineers and with Unity's internal development teams
