You will be working on complex data migrations, modernizing legacy applications and building new applications on the cloud for large enterprise and/or growth stage startups. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly into mission critical projects directly interacting with business stakeholders, customer's technical teams and MongoDB solutions Architects.

• Relevant experience of 12+ years building high-performance applications with at least 3+ years as an architect.

Required Technical Skills

• Extensive hands-on experiencebuilding high-performance applications using Node. Js (Javascript/Typescript) and. NET/ Golang / Java / Python.
• Strong experience with appropriate framework(s).
• Well versed in monolithic and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling onMongoDB and any other Relational or NoSQL databases
• Experience working with 3rd party integrations ranging from authentication, cloud services, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines and atleast 1 cloud provider - AWS / GCP / Azure
• Strong experience writing and maintaining clear documentation

Good to have skills:

• Experience working with frontend technologies - React. Js or Vue. Js or Angular.
• Extensive experience consulting with customers directly for defining architecture or system design.
• Technical certifications in AWS / Azure / GCPor other relevant technologies

• 4+ years of experience with Node.js
• Expertise in Typescript, AWS, Firebase, MongoDB, and Express

You will be bringing:

• Hands-on experience in writing applications using Node.js (including Socket.io and Express or similar)
• Excellent knowledge of a few of the available databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Proficiency in application deployment on Linux or Ubuntu environments
• Proficiency in JavaScript languages like React and/or Angular, along with a comprehensive experience in open-source frameworks
• Experience in server-client architecture project(s)
• Ability to prioritize in a chaotic and ambiguous environment
• An open, growth mindset when giving and receiving feedback

1. Contribute to the development of Web Applications Mobile restful APIs.
2. Help scale our mobile team processes by practicing "Clean Code" principles for app architecture, branching/versioning, release train, Test Driven Development.
3. Advocate for the Web platform e.g: evaluating new frameworks, leading the technical vision at Sri Aurobindo Society
4. Deliver applications with enhanced features and capabilities, while also maintaining and continually improving turnaround time and quality
5. Mentor and lead a team of developers; Lead code reviews and team meetings
6. Keep track and reviews existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, performance issues and involve the team to study and learn from existing projects.
7. Proficient in one core codebase (CodeIgnitor, Drupal, Laravel, Magento); Laravel is mandatory
8. Thoroughly test work prior to deployment into production.
9. Accurately estimate the amount of effort required to complete a task.
10. Troubleshoot and fix any issues relating to PHP programs
11. Ensure smooth operations of web processes and infrastructure
12. Take up system analysis, design, documenting responsibilities, and get it done in time. He/ she should be able to perform code analyzing and reading exercises for current and previous projects

Key Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Must have Experience in PHP (Lumen & Laravel).
• Experience in creating scalable service-oriented & serverless applications.
• Experience with secure coding.
• Proficient BitBucket and Git.
• Should be experienced in following Agile methodologies. Tools - Jira & Confluence.
• Must have experience in RDBMS - Postgres/MySql and NoSql - MongoDB/Redis.
• Additional knowledge/experience in Python and NodeJs will be good to have.
• Good to have experience in AWS.
• Good problem solving, decision making and prioritization skills.
