Required Skills:

To be the right fit, you'll need:

• More than 4+ years of experience as a software developer in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as Django, Flask, etc.

• Good understanding of common design patterns and architecture principles to design reliable and Scalable applications

• Strong communication skills

• Knowledge of databases line NoSQL or MongoDB

• Good to have AWS and Docker or Web services

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS

Core Focus:

• Operate with a full DevOps mindset, owning the software lifecycle from development through production support.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Java development, particularly in building robust backend systems and microservices architecture. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient backend solutions to support our products and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems and microservices using Java.
2. Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
