Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Node.js / Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Nest.js, relational and NoSQL databases, and AWS cloud services.

You will work closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver secure, high-performance, and reliable backend solutions.

Mandatory Skills : Node.js, Nest.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AWS, REST API development, strong backend fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js & Nest.js

• Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services

• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for efficient data storage and retrieval

• Develop cloud-ready applications and deploy them on AWS

• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability

• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code

• Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 4+ years of experience in Backend / Node.js development

Brief Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Backend Engineer (Python) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, API design, scalable application architecture, and SaaS applications, along with familiarity with React and frontend technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and maintain robust, secure, and high-performance applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications and backend services
• Develop secure, efficient, and reliable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python
• Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed application components
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and contribute to React-based features or integrations when required
• Work closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code following software engineering best practices

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in Backend Development using Python
• Strong hands-on experience with Python backend frameworks such as Django and Flask
• Experience building and supporting SaaS applications, with exposure to microservices, caching, pub-sub, messaging technologies, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Exposure to technologies such as Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, Redshift, Nginx, and GraphQL is a plus
• Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software design principles
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.

Job responsibilities

• Performs development, deployment, administration, management, configuration, testing, and integration tasks related to the cloud security platforms.
• Develops automated security and compliance capabilities in support of DevOps processes in a large-scale computing environment for the storage program within the firm.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on Security engineering and 3+ years applied experience
