Skills We're Looking For

Must Have

• 3–6 years of experience in Java development(Min 3 Years)
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA
• Experience building Microservices and REST APIs
• Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and Clean Coding Practices
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Working knowledge of Git
• Hands-on experience with Frontend Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular)

Key Responsibilities:

• Around 4+ years of experience in Java backend development. Candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience may also be considered.
• Strong problem-solving and coding skills in Java are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, RS services, and Spring Batch.
• Experience with microservices architecture is preferred. Candidates with basic microservices exposure may also be considered.
• Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong knowledge of at least one database system, such as BigQuery or Oracle, is mandatory.
• Exposure to Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor will be an added advantage.
