Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Lead or Director level User Experience Designer with a solid design background, who is experienced in both product design and brand marketing. The designer should be able to create visual page layouts, user interfaces, wireframes, user flows, use cases, and more for the website and web applications. Also, the designer will create mock-ups and graphics for the website, e-mail newsletters, and other marketing projects.

The designer is further responsible for overseeing the design process from its first conceptualization to final production and will have full ownership over design and user experience. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and the marketing team to ensure that designs are well defined, and implemented precisely and efficiently. The product design must be tailored to meet usability objectives and user requirements, and should ultimately implement simple and elegant solutions for complex usability challenges.

· Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create comprehensive
product/design specifications.

· Independently lead design activities for new product ideas and existing
product optimizations.

· Design experiences that are simple, intuitive and joyful.

· Design UX/UI guidelines across multiple client applications and platforms:
Desktop-Web, Mobile-Web, iOS and Android.

· Develop various fidelity prototypes for design reviews, internal testing and
user test groups.

· Develop a strong understanding for our users, product, business objectives
and company mission.

· Translate qualitative and quantitative user research data into actionable
solutions.

· Advocate for consistent, clear and actionable user experiences.

Desired Skills:

· A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in designing brand identities, grid systems, editorial layouts and applications for web, desktop and mobile.

· The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.

· Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.


· Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.


· Proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers.


· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Sketch.


· Expert level skills in Photoshop, InvisionApp, UXPin and other relevant design tools.


· Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.

• To show design concepts, use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. 

• Menus, tabs, and widgets are examples of visual user interface components.

• Make page navigation buttons and search fields.

• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables) 

• Internal teams and significant stakeholders should be given rough draughts to review.

Lead Experience Designer Summary A Lead Experience Designer is responsible for facilitating, generating and executing great user experiences for our clients and their end users. Acting as a coach, mentor and lead for both internal teams as well as an advocate for our clients’ needs, a lead experience architect is a true veteran of human-centered design, interaction design and design research – and still in love with getting their hands dirty. Role Summary

As a User Research Professional you will establish UX Research practice for your pods and collaborate closely with the product and tech leadership to shape our products. You will work with your peer(s) to set clear methods, standards and metrics for gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to continuously deepen the actionable knowledge of our product teams.

You will work with teams to develop research awareness, skills for engaging learners, community and experts, also knowledge for discerning what is important to take into product or innovation practices. You will maintain the highest level of research rigour across all types of studies and constraints. In addition to laying the foundation for user research for your pods, you will conduct and lead key research activities, applying quantitative or qualitative research methodologies to generate actionable insights for our products, brand and strategic direction. Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team of UX researchers across any one of the Discovery and Growth, Learning experience, Careers, and Breakout pods
• Partner with User Researchers, Design Leads, Product Managers, and Engineering managers to drive all stages of research from early product direction through summative validation in an Agile work environment
• Lead prioritization about what we research, when to research it, and how that research is conducted; This might mean working with cross-functional teams, multiple devices, brands, and platforms, in order to find opportunities to further improve the user experience
• Influence a diverse set of stakeholders through excellent relationship building, and crisply providing insight and deep domain expertise in research practices and product development
• Put the needs of our varied set of users front and center and driving, through influence and well-constructed presentations of insights, the user experience strategy of our many products
• As a voice of the user, effectively challenge and elevate the customer experience in a data-driven environment
• Design, recruit and moderate research studies regularly (both in-person and remote)

Skills Required

• You have 6+ years of experience as a User Research Leader with experience building successful practices inside of companies
• You have to lead a team of at least 4 people
• You have deep knowledge of qualitative research methods and tools across the Indian diaspora, as well as knowledge of quantitative methods
• You know how to analyze and work with design, business, and product data tracking
• You have an excellent knowledge of UX standards, and bring a deep background in psychology, social sciences, or anthropology to the practice
• You have strong oral and written communication skills in both Hind, English, and ideally one other language relevant to our deep reach in India. Any other language is a bonus.
• Your excellent presentation skills will help you collaborate with team members from a wide range of teams and geographies across India.
