Key Responsibilities :

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of core dialer operations experience with major dialer systems — Genesys, Avaya, Aspect, Ameyo

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience in outbound campaign creation, list uploads, pacing changes, and real-time monitoring.

Mandatory (Technical Experience): Must understand routing/pacing optimization, retry logic, call attempts, ANI strategy, contact strategy, and compliance norms etc

Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
    Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
    Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness

• Develop front end User Interface of our UKLB Experience Analysis (Biometrics) tool using SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Logic Apps 
• Connection of UI with back end SQL Database using Logic Apps - Advise solution design as a Logic Apps expert (specifically around UI)

Skills and Experience
