Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Dietitian / Nutritionist to lead Miror’s nutrition philosophy and act as the official nutrition spokesperson (SPOC) for the company. This role combines deep clinical expertise with public engagement, thought leadership, and strategic contribution to products, programs, and community education in women’s health.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Program Leadership

• Lead and define Miror’s nutrition frameworks for peri-menopause, menopause, metabolic health, bone health, hormonal balance, and healthy aging.
• Provide advanced, evidence-based guidance for complex women’s health conditions including PCOS, thyroid disorders, metabolic dysfunction, inflammation, fatigue, and lifestyle-related disorders.
• Guide and mentor junior dietitians, nutritionists, and health coaches within the organization.
• Contribute to the development of nutrition-led programs, protocols, and nutraceutical products.

Public Representation & Thought Leadership (SPOC)

• Act as Miror’s official nutrition representative at public forums, conferences, media interactions, webinars, panels, and industry discussions.
• Represent Miror in collaborations with medical bodies, government agencies, partners, and institutional stakeholders.
• Participate in interviews, podcasts, expert panels, and awareness campaigns to strengthen Miror’s credibility.
• Review and approve nutrition-related public content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and trust.

Content, Community & Education

• Shape high-quality educational content including articles, guides, videos, and expert talks.
• Engage with Miror’s communities through live sessions, AMAs, workshops, and expert discussions.
• Support community managers by addressing advanced nutrition queries and trends emerging from members.
• Ensure all nutrition communication aligns with scientific evidence, ethics, and women-centric care.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 18–22+ years of experience as a Dietitian / Nutritionist, preferably in women’s health, preventive health, or clinical nutrition.
• Recognized authority with experience speaking at public forums, conferences, or media platforms.
• Strong understanding of female physiology, hormonal health, aging, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex science for consumers and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a collaborative, mentorship-oriented leadership style.
• Comfortable working in a digital health / startup ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Nutrition / Dietetics from a recognized institution.
• Additional certifications in women’s health, hormonal nutrition, metabolic health, or preventive nutrition preferred.
• Proven track record of public speaking, leadership, and clinical excellence.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Projects Engineer / Site Engineer to manage civil and interior fit-out works for corporate office projects. The role involves end-to-end site coordination, vendor management, quality control, and ensuring timely project delivery in line with design and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Project Execution Execute civil and interior fit-out works for corporate office spaces. Interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation. Coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution. Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines. Site Management Supervise site workforce including contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams. Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress reports. Vendor & Contractor Coordination Manage and coordinate multiple vendors (civil, electrical, HVAC, interiors). Track vendor performance and ensure quality standards are met. Verify contractor bills and measurements against executed work. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 3–5 years of experience in corporate interiors, commercial fit-outs, or civil projects. Strong understanding of interior execution (false ceiling, partitions, flooring, furniture, etc.). Skills Required Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience in corporate office projects or workplace fit-outs. Basic understanding of MEP coordination. Exposure to project management tools is an advantage. • Experience in Developing QlikView / Qlik Sense BI visualizations and dashboards. QlikSense and NPrintiing experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of building Qlik Sense dashboards applying business rules and data validations.
• In-depth understanding of Qlik Sense Server Architecture, building QVDs and QVFs, applying business rules and data validations.
• Familiarity with charts and graphs, creating complex visualizations for dynamic aggregation Good Knowledge of Incremental data loading concepts and data modeling.
• Additionally, Qlik developers have to troubleshoot issues and provide the necessary solution
