Wissen Technology is looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java (backend) and React (frontend) to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications
• Build RESTful APIs using Java-based frameworks
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java (8 or above) and backend frameworks such as Spring Boot
• Solid experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Familiarity with frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and data structures
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus

Job Description: Software Engineering –Sr. Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities - Responsible for design, problem solving, develop, modify, debug and/or maintain software system for one or more specific modules within a large software system scope

Must have:

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience in designing and implementing complex, distributed applications.

• Thorough understanding of Java and J2EE Internals (Class Loading, Memory Management, Transaction Management.).

• Knowledge on creation of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Groovy and GitHub actions workflows.

• Knowledge on working and leading Agile/Scrum development cycles.

• Implement test cases using Junit, Mockito, Cucumber, jest

Role Description

The role is of a Full-stack Engineer who is motivated to actively contribute to the design and development of new product features and enhancements. The role is expected to contribute and support in delivering technical solutions for various problem.

Responsibilities

Hands-on experience to implement solutions using JavaScript(React JS & Node JS)

Develop web/mobile applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type

Script, React,

In-depth knowledge in JavaScript including ES6+ and Typescript

Experience developing REST and GraphQL APIs with NodeJS and integrations with third-party solutions

Experience in React Native, Android or iOS Native is added advantage.

Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies

Experience with TDD and writing robust Unit Test cases.

Exposure to CICD tools, including Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure

DevOps, App Store deployments

Hands-on development to prototype technical solutions.

Knowledge of any cloud platform solutions (Azure, GCP)

Aware of Agile (Scrum) methodologies

Willing to adapt and learn new/emerging technologies.

Qualifications

BCA/ MCA / B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science

2 - 6 years of experience in development within product-based companies or R&D divisions.

Knowledge in Java, Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Data structures and algorithms
