We are seeking a disciplined, serious, and highly skilled Lead JavaScript Engineer with hands-on experience in SvelteKit and Generative AI (RAG & MCP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of 5 Software Developers.
• Architect, develop, and maintain web and native applications.
• Integrate Generative AI solutions (RAG & MCP).
• Manage authentication, security, and DevOps pipelines.
• Enforce disciplined coding practices, processes, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to implement scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript mainly with JS Framework of SvelteKit is must.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (RAG & MCP).
• Experience leading small teams.
• Deep understanding of web app architecture, security, and DevOps.
• Knowledge of native app frameworks is a plus.
• Disciplined, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
• Local candidates preferred.

Job Description:

• Design and architect highly scalable web services applications
• Develop and maintain all server-side network components
• Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of elements Architect
• Content Management Solution and scalable API platform
• Design back-end services for various business processes
• Partner with third-party technology services and make strategic inputs.
• Develop high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code
• Create workflows and solutions involving search, recommendations, rights

Requirements

• 4-7 years of Knowledge of Node.js and ReactJS frameworks
• Experience in creating and maintaining efficient NoSQl databases GRPC and Json Elasticsearch
• Experience in AWS environment, cloud deployments and lambda
• DevOps and web security
• API development and deployment
• Unit and integration testing

Job Responsibilities

1. Demonstrated knowledge of mobile technologies, such as HTML, CSS and jQuery

2. Experience in .NET Framework

3. Programming language C# and SQL Database

4. Knowledge of MVC will be an added advantage

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS.

·       Able to generate LLD documents.

·       Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects.

·       Unit Test and following the coding standards.

·        

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

·       5+ years strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object Oriented Java script, NodeJS and HTML5

·       Hands on Experience on Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

·       Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA, RESTful webservices implementation.

·       NodeJS experience is value add

·       Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

·       Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources.

·       One who is proactive and come forward with technology related initiatives. Motivated self-starter.

About the Internship:
