Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) who can bridge the gap between management and developers. The TPM will manage Android, Frontend, and Backend teams, ensure smooth development processes, track progress, evaluate output quality, resolve technical issues, and deliver timely reports.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Team Management

• Manage daily tasks for Android, Frontend, and Backend developers
• Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly planning, and reviews
• Track progress, identify blockers, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain sprint boards, task estimations, and timelines

Technical Requirement Translation

• Convert business requirements into technical tasks
• Communicate requirements clearly to developers
• Create user stories, flow diagrams, and PRDs
• Ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly

Quality & Build Review

• Validate build quality, UI/UX flow, functionality
• Check API integrations, errors, performance issues
• Ensure coding practices and architecture guidelines are followed
• Perform preliminary QA before handover to testing or clients

Issue Resolution

• Identify development issues early
• Coordinate with developers to fix bugs
• Escalate major issues to founders with clear insights

Reporting & Documentation

• Daily/weekly reports to management
• Sprint documentation, release notes
• Maintain project documentation & version control processes

Cross-Team Communication

• Act as the single point of contact for management
• Align multiple tech teams with business goals
• Coordinate with HR and operations for resource planning

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Android, Web (Frontend/React), Backend development flows
• Knowledge of APIs, Git, CI/CD, basic testing
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to review builds and suggest improvements
• Strong documentation skills (Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana)
• Excellent communication & leadership
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple projects

Good to Have

• Prior experience in Fintech projects
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX
• Experience in preparing FSD/BRD/PRD
• QA experience or understanding of test cases

Salary Range: 9 to 12 LPA

Required Skills:

• Should have strong hands on experience in Node.js, React.js & Angular.js.

Role Description

Responsible for developing web applications as per the product requirements with a pre-approved design across multiple platforms using programming tools for Web development and Mobile application development. Work collaboratively with ML scientists, engineers, product managers, and Business SMEs in seeking details on the requirements, writing up technical specifications, proposing the tools and methods for the solution, developing the application after necessary approvals, unit testing the solution, providing testing support, and troubleshooting support for testers, participating in deployment plan, deployment and post-deployment support. Application development will involve wrapping the deep learning algorithms to provide a smart and engaging user experience.

General Requirements

• Should be familiar and have a working knowledge of different databases like MySQL, MongoDB, web servers (e.g. Apache)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Fluent with multi-tier systems, client-server concepts.
• Experience in debugging application programs, troubleshooting techniques, root cause analysis of problems.
• Must possess the good understanding and proven techniques incorporating Data Security concepts in application development.
• Knowledge and experience with applications running on on-premises data centers and on Cloud services.
• Experience working in a Project Team and exposure to test-driven development, different project methodologies such as Agile.
• Very good communication skills with collaborative, positive, can-do, user-centered attitude in a team environment.
• Innovative thinking capabilities, ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail in pressure and time sensitive situations.

Key Requirements

• BS / B. Tech / BE degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building on web technologies and frameworks (JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML / CSS / AngularJS / Electron / ReactJS) database (MySQL or MongoDB ) and backend Technologies (Python, NodeJS, Java etc)
• Experience developing desktop and mobile application

• Key Result Areas

1. End to end ownership in the consumer facing B2C tech team and deliver solutions to solve business problems.

1. Advanced Javascript, CSS, HTML 5, D/XHTML, XML, JSON, DOM Concepts

1. Must have worked on a SPA framework: ReactJS, Node JS, AngularJS or InfernoJS

1. Own the development methodology. Align with the executive team to improve the development process, prioritize projects and manage multiple work streams

1. Extensive Work with open-source technologies and built services architecture as this will prove to be an invaluable asset in building solutions.

1. Lead a team of Software Developers, Server Engineers and QA Engineers, establishing development practices and standards

1. Extensive skill on React JS, Node JS

1. Experience on various PHP frameworks like Cakephp, Laravel, CI etc would be plus

1. Work with scrum teams and product managers using agile methodologies to deliver high quality solutions on time
2. Jumping on a call with clients to understand the requirement and profile them the right solution, helping formulate an effective solution and turning it into a working application
3. Conducting website performance and unit tests
4. Heavy involvement in the requirements gathering, development and operational stages of new projects
5. Troubleshoot and debug related application defects with existing and new applications
6. Work collaboratively with the frontend team and other team members, train other members and get trained if required

• Experience with connecting or consuming API's (REST, SOAP, GRAPHQL)
• IPAAS/ETL experience is a huge plus. 
• An understanding of basic scripting. PHP is a plus
• Data modelling/data architecture/data warehousing experience
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
