Frontend Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include implementing visual elements and their behaviors with user interactions. You will work with both front-end and back-end web developers to build all client-side logic. You will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions. You will be boarded into the team that manages higher secondary school projects on the Salesforce stack. You will be given an opportunity to learn the entire ecosystem of salesforce.

Mandatory skills to have/ Responsibilities:

● Overall 4+ years of experience and a strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds. 

● Good understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3. 

● Strong hands-on experience with advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS or Angular 2+ etc.

● Understanding of Software Design Patterns. 

● Good understanding of AJAX, REST APIs, Remote functions, and prior development experience in building the same. 

● Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues. 

● Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Grunt and GulpJs. 

● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Good to have:

● Hands-on experience in Python

• Developing user interface components and implementing them following well known Reactjs workflows such as Flux and Redux
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality components.
• Should strong Component based programming and Concepts like Life Cycle Hooks and Communications.
• Ensuring that all components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain
• Coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure
• Should have capabilities to judge or choosing the right/suitable plugin for application requirements
• Should have knowledge of application build generation and optimizations.

Technical Experience:

• Should be strong in Development Life Cycles like Agile
• Should be strong Javascript Core (Core Concepts, Design Patterns, etc)
• Should be strong in Angular and ReactJS Concepts
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Thorough understanding of Reactjs and its core principles
• Should be strong at least one javascript testing framework like Jasmine

Required Skills:

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science with relevant industry experience
• At Least 7 years of Front end frameworks with at least 4 years on React
• Must be working on ReactJS project as on date.
• Experience in developing responsive Web Application Development
• Experience building reusable UI elements including trading grids, dialogs, and screen navigation widgets
• Expert level Programming experience in HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, Typescript, Angular and React JS
• Experience with AWS, developing and deploying application to cloud environment
• Experience in using the popular UI Frameworks, Libraries or Plugins
• Experience in Writing Test Cases and Generating Test & Coverage reports
• Experience with Git, Java, Maven, SQL, Jira and or Hudson/Jenkins

• Designing and developing user interfaces using angularJS best practices.
• Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.
• Writing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Developing product analysis tasks.
• Making complex technical and design decisions for AngularJS projects.
• Developing application codes and unit tests in AngularJS, Java Technologies, and Rest Web Services.
• Conducting performance tests.
• Consulting with the design team.
• Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support.

Your responsibilities: 

• You will be working together with fellow junior and senior Frontend developers, helping to improve the group's skill level and exchanging new ideas.
• On a daily basis, you write JavaScript/Typescript/ES6/Angular/React and HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS/Stylus)
• Closely collaborate with designers and the rest of the technical team (Backend, DevOps, QA) to make sure we’re all aligned.
• You will manage projects with open-source JavaScript and TypeScript libraries and frameworks (we're big on React and Angular), and explore new technologies (GraphQL, AppSync, Apollo). 
• Code reviews are, of course, a part of your responsibilities as well as providing high-quality work.

What it takes to excel in this role 

• Strong core JavaScript and TypeScript
• 5+ years of JavaScript development experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with either, Angular 5+ or React
• Experience with Webpack/Grunt/Gulp or other automated build tools
• Experience with Jasmine/Jest or other JavaScript testing frameworks and tools• Strong Experience with HTML, CSS, SASS/LESS/Stylus
• Experience with JSON, REST, Web Services
• Experience with working in an Agile environment
• Good communication(in English) and consultancy skills
