As a Front-end Developer, you will be responsible for building user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing web applications. You will work closely with our design team and senior developers to create high-quality web applications using modern front-end technologies such as React. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Build user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing web applications using React, NodeJs and Tailwind. 
• Collaborate with the design team to turn mockups into pixel-perfect web applications. 
• Implement designs and create reusable UI components using React and Tailwind. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. 
• Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise. 
• Ensure the application is optimized for performance, scalability, and usability. 
• Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends and technologies. 

Requirements: 

• Strong proficiency in React, NextJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
• Experience with modern front-end development tools such as Webpack, Babel, and Git.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, reusable, and efficient frontend components using React.js.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to translate design concepts into functional interfaces.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a React Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles, with a solid understanding of state management (e.g., Redux) and component lifecycle.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, Bootstrap, JQuery with an eye for design and user experience.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Senior / Lead Full Stack or Frontend Engineer

Hiring for a Series E, 3.1 Billion Dollar rapidly growing organisation focused on payments, marketing and customer loyalty.

• To take ownership of delivering performant, scalable and high quality cloud based software, both frontend and backend side.
• Code reviews.
• Mentoring Team members to develop in line with product requirements.
• Collaborate with Senior Architect for design and technology choices for product development roadmap.

• Thorough knowledge of developing cloud based software including backend apis and react/angular based frontend.
• Thorough knowledge of scalable design patterns and message based systems such as Kafka, RabbitMq, Redis, MongoDB, ORM, Sql etc.
• Experience with AWS services such as S3, IAM, Lambda etc.
• Expert level coding skills in NodeJs,TypeScript,Scala,ReactJs,Angular.
• Eye for user centric mobile first designs on the frontend.
• Experience with hybrid frontends such as react-native, electronJs is a plus.    

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• A background in front-end web development and/or API development.
• Demonstrated competency in one or more of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Redux, AngularJS,  or comparable JavaScript MVC framework.
• Demonstrated competency in one or more of the following client-side build tool: Webpack, gulp, jspm
• Have a good understanding of what good UX and UI design are.
• Experienced in client-side framework/technologies before such as: React, AngularJS, jQuery, HTML, CSS
• Experienced in using client-side build tools such as gulp, WebPack, JSPM, NodeJS, and other CLI is a plus
• Understand how to get good performance on UI implementation (time to interaction, bundling, and splitting resources)
