Front-End Developer

We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer to join our growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.

• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.

• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.

• Maintain and write clean code to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

Experience / Skills

• 6+ years of programming experience is required.

• 3+ years of React Native Experience is required

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax

• Good understanding of React Component architecture and concepts

• Hands on experience with React Native and all it's available API's and components

• Knowledge of Redux or any flux based architecture is welcome

• Knowledge of functional as well as object oriented programming

• Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code

• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts

• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Android Studio

Role and Responsibilities

●    Build and maintain solutions for AEM Guides.

●    Work in Agile Methodology - be part of Sprint Ceremonies, provide accurate estimates for assigned development Stories & deliver on time.

●    Follow Best and Recommended Practices while implementing solutions.

●    Ensure Code Quality, Readability, Maintainability and Security.

●    Write JUnit Test Cases for Unit Testing

●    Communicate with customer teams on requirements effectively.

●    Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution

●    Troubleshoot and reproduce the technical problems reported by customers and define workarounds.

●    Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of the AEM platform, and integrate with other systems

Required Skills

●    Good understanding on UI technologies like JQuery, Java Script, HTML 5, CSS.

●    Must: Good understanding of backend technologies like Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills.

Qualifications & Skills Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Visual Communications, Video Production or related discipline
• Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Premier Pro, After effects and/or Final Cut Pro
• Experience in designing Websites, Logo, Flyers, Name Board and brochures. Experience in editing 4K videos.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Word and PowerPoint)
• Collaborative, energetic, and able to work both on a team and independently
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent storyteller with exceptional graphic design and video skills with the ability to tailor voice for different channels

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and Visual Storytelling - Design and produce the company’s brand collateral, white papers, web landing pages, videos, infographics, social media visuals, email templates, event materials, direct mailers, advertising, promotional materials, and any other assets used in marketing communications.
• Creative Graphic Design Production – Manage the entire graphic design production process including visual concepts, design, production, revision, and final file preparation.
• Video Production – Manage the entire video production process especially in 4K Videos that include Planning, Filming, Producing, Editing, Sourcing Audio and Stock Footage, Creation of supporting graphics, and final file preparation.
• Brand Stewardship - Assure that all existing and new marketing deliverables adhere to Resonance’s brand standards and visual style guidelines and to develop Logo, Website Designing and Name Boards.
• Project Support – Provide direct support to business development staff and project teams in formatting proposals, Flyers, Brochures, Documentations, etc.
