This internship is a front-row seat to building a product and growth motion from zero to one.
About the Role
This is a 6-month, full-time internship with a strong intent to convert into a full-time role.
The role sits at the intersection of three pillars:
- Performance marketing: Run measurable campaigns that generate qualified founder calls.
- Growth experiments: Design, ship, and track small GTM experiments, weekly.
- Storytelling: Turn what we learn from customers into sharp narratives across formats.
Your north star: Help Problock generate consistent, qualified pipeline through repeatable experiments.
What You’ll Work On
You will own and contribute to:
Performance marketing & funnels
- Set up and run small-budget experiments across LinkedIn, email, and landing pages
- Define basic funnels: visit → lead → meeting booked → opportunity
- Track and improve metrics like CTR, reply rates, CPL, and call bookings
- Collaborate with the founder to refine offers, hooks, and targeting
Growth & revenue experiments
- Design and run 2–3 experiments every month (message tests, sequences, landing-page variants, lead magnets, etc.)
- Maintain a simple growth experiment log: hypothesis - setup - metrics - outcome - decision
- Build and maintain basic ICP and account lists for outreach
- Support structured outbound and follow-ups for founder-led sales
Storytelling across formats
- Turn founder conversations, customer calls, and product ideas into:
- LinkedIn posts and threads
- Email sequences and one-pagers
- Short case-style narratives and website copy
- Repurpose one core idea into multiple formats each week
- Keep our story consistent: who we help, what problem we solve, why it matters now

Basic Expectations
- Recent graduate or final-year student
- Strong written communication
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, Notion/Docs, and basic analytics
- Based in Bangalore
